Whether it’s small and mid-sized private sector companies, private equity investment houses, or municipalities and State run agencies, Scott’s goals and core values integrate with various methodologies, ultimately creating legacy.

Earlier in his career, Scott successfully advanced mid-sized finance companies throughout the United States, with scaling strategies and goal attaining, Scott led the way to some of the highest volume and profitability in the alternative financial sector. After many years of successful leadership and management, Scott turned his energy to building his own brand within the mortgage banking industry. It was throughout the late 1990’s until 2007, Scott innovated the mortgage banking process, by creating mortgage products for the Alt-A homebuyer, then selling pools of Collateralized Mortgage Offerings within the securitized and whole loan trading platforms.

After just missing the full impact of the financial crisis, Scott proceeded to reinvent himself by developing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning model for Americans called Later Life Planning®. Utilized since 2008, this methodology has morphed into the business sector, where mid-sized businesses are using Later Life Planning® to successfully expand their businesses.

Currently Scott leads a team of professionals that assist businesses that want to scale-up their operations and increase revenue, by leveraging off-balance sheet equipment leasing and investor capital so companies can meet company milestones. Scott has created a “win-win”, by acuity matching businesses and investors, so one’s businesses success is an investors stable ROI.
